Lower Chakra Party (Dance of the Luscious Feast)

For those of you who were at our lower chakra fundraiser party last February in the bay area, you remember how awesome of an event it was. Sensual nymphs fed luscious morsels to the guests and encouraged everyone to feed each other in enticing new ways. African dancers performed and serenaded the food while drummers kept the beat. Sexy seductive striptease followed, while djs played music to dance the night away. Those who wanted a more intimate experience created that for themselves in a side chill room.

Since we have a lot of pride in creating something magical on the playa and desire a community effort to do so, on Thursday night of the burn, we are going to recreate a miniature version of this party as the first of two chakra parties our camp is hosting. Helping out with one of the two chakra parties would be an addition to the other volunteer position you would be taking. Dance of the Luscious Feast (the lower chakra party) is coming alive again…woot!

DJ’s, dancers, drummers, sexy strip tease, and sensual servers are all a part of making this event happen. Therefore, we would like member of Chakralicious Camp to co create and host this amazing party together and entice the rest of the playa to come and join us for the night. To volunteer, any of the following offerings would be available:

DJs (especially lower chakra sexy dance tunes)

Dancers/Performers (such as African/Brazilian/belly dance/temple dance/hip hop/break dance)

Contestants for the Sexy Catwalk contest(wear an original, sexy outfit and dance down the “catwalk” while being cheered on

Drumming or Didgeredoo playing (especially African/Samba/Middle Eastern/East Indian drumming)

Strip Tease or Lap Dancing with the audience

Sensual Nymphs to serve the food on platters (and to only allow guests to feed each other, not themselves

Yummy Appetizer providers (for those who can’t make the party but would like to contribute. Fruit, crackers with spreads, veggie sticks with dips, and anything else more fancy would be awesome).

We’d like campers to dress in red, orange, yellow, and bring artificial wreaths to wear on your head. Tribal, animalistic, and jungle attire is welcome as well. The party runs from 9pm-midnight, and the roles for this party are all about helping create the vibe. It’s not mandatory to stay at the party the entire time(although it’s always nice
